Refund policy

Our products are created on-demand. To be able to sell our clothes without having to pre-buy our merchandise – which is how many businesses fail – we source out to vendors that print and ship for us. Each item is therefore made-to-order, not in bulk, so at this point we are unable to offer returns and refunds unless the item is damaged when they are delivered.

Contact Us First:Ā Please email Whoopeecat2024@outlook.comĀ before you make a claim or send anything back (you would return your item to our printer, see below). Please put your item # or description in the email subject field.

Claims:Ā Any claims for misprinted/damaged / defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our printer’s part are covered at our / their expense and you will be refunded. PleaseĀ emailĀ Whoopeecat2024@outlook.comĀ to make a claim.Ā 

If your product is misprinted/damaged/defected, send a clear photo of the misprinted/damaged/defected item and we will submit it to our printer.

Exchanges:Ā Sorry, but because each item is printed only once it is ordered, and not in bulk, we are unable at this time to support any exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Thank you for understanding. However, if the wrong size or item was delivered, please Contact Us to make a claim.Ā 

Issues:Ā If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please PleaseĀ emailĀ Whoopeecat2024@outlook.comĀ and we will submit a Problem Report to our printer on your behalf.

Lost in Transit:Ā For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date.Ā 

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming your shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double-check that you get in touch with the shipping carrier to try to locate the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order.

Wrong Address:Ā If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printer’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed:Ā Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our printer’s facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you (if applicable).

Return your item(s) to the address that is marked on your product packaging, it will be returned to our printer’s facility that sent it out originally. Sometimes this may be to another country. If a return is approved because of a print error, then your return cost will be refunded.
